All orders include free worldwide shipping. After placing your order, please allow:

- 2 to 5 business days for processing
- 7 to 14 days for delivery within the United -States
- 7 to 21 days for UK, Canada, and Australia
- Up to 30 days for the rest of the world

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unexpected postal delays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.

We accept returns if you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or if something is missing from your order. To be eligible, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or Final Sale items.

To start a return, email us at support@mythicaura.com with your order number and issue (include photos if applicable). If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA number. Items must be shipped back within 7 days, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Please note that shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel and return items in original condition, with proof of purchase.
